The Manion Ranch is located about an hour north of both Dallas and Ft. Worth on Highway 377 North, directly between Aubrey and Pilot Point Texas.

From I-35 in Sanger (approx. 7 miles North of Denton), take the Highway 455 and Pilot Point exit (exit # 478). Go East on Highway 455 through Sanger, and over the Lake Ray Roberts dam, until 455 dead ends into Highway 377 (approximately 12 miles east of Sanger). Turn south on 377, and continue for ½ mile. The Manion Ranch is on the east side of the road, directly on highway 377.
